Friends of KNFU is a UK charity registered in Scotland (SC051278). We are a small group of people who have come to know the founders of KNFU, Wilber and Sylivia Sabiiti and want to support their vision for building inclusive education in Uganda. We raise funds here in the UK to support the work and the aims of KNFU.
The objects of our charity are:

a.To advance the relief of those in need by supporting the work and the charitable aims of KNFU, in particular the holistic improvement of the plight of children born with physical or learning disabilities and their caring families.

b.To support the advance of education through supporting the work and the charitable aims of KNFU, in particular the education of children with physical and learning disabilities.

c.To promote the principles of equality and diversity through supporting the work and the charitable aims of KNFU in transforming the lives of children with physical and learning disabilities.
OUR GOVERNANCE
We have a Management Committee who oversee the operation of the charity. Meetings are held online every few months and are open for others to attend. We also have a membership and people are welcome to register as members and attend the AGM and other meetings. Our latest set of accounts and annual report can be found at the OSCR website (Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator).
